With
the introduction of Garlington’s Exclusive
Care Centre another important facet has been
added to the Garlington lifestyle offering.
In true Garlington style the Care Centre will be unique.
The facility will be a welcome departure from the normal
bedsitter, with suite based living integrating residents
into the wider Garlington community.
The design creates a home within a home for the residents.
Private ‘suites’ comprising a bedroom with
en-suite bathroom and a separate living area provide
independence, whilst the optional communal dining, living
and entertainment areas instil a community feel and
allow residents to meet guests and socialise.
The suites will all open out onto verandas and face
manicured gardens connecting the residents with the
environment and giving them a feeling of independence.
All this within an estate that offers everything from
a physiotherapist and chiropractor to a coffee shop
and gym with heated pool. Garlington High Care, old
age – the way it should be.
Access to the High Care facility will be by
way of life right:

A life right gives you the right to occupy one of the
suites of the high care centre and receive dedicated
care along with your partner, for as long as is required.

an occupant to make use of their life right. Life Rights
will be sold at R 220,000.00 each.
The first phase will begin as soon as the first 60
available life rights have been sold. The subsequent
two phases of development will be triggered when 100
and 140 rights have been sold.
The Care Centre will offer the following services to
Life Right holders:
- Primary or basic nursing care
- Accommodation in a private suite;
- Daily meals and refreshments;
- Laundry;
- Cleaning of rooms;
- House care services to Garlington home owners at
their Garlington properties; and
