Our previous letter to you, refers.

Despite the very strong judgement by the Development Tribunal in our favour, the Department of Agricultural has lodged an appeal against the judgement of the Tribunal. This is extremely frustrating for us but unfortunately they are entitled to appeal. We have applied to the Registrar to treat the matter as urgent.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. We are doing all that we can to get the scheme approved as soon as possible.

Again, we wish you all a happy festive season and look forward to the fruition of Garlington in 2006.
