Dear Purchasers

The developers have re-considered the street names, in light of the fact that the development is no longer an equestrian focused project. Accordingly, it is felt appropriate that the street names are not merely race horse winners. The developers have chosen to name the streets after farms in the area and suitable Zulu names which have relevance to this area.

We enclose herewith a list of new names and the old names for easy reference.
