We
are pleased to report that the services
in respect of the first phase have
been completed and the Certificates
have been issued by UWP Engineers.
During the course of this week the
electricity will be tested and the
perimeter fence finished. We anticipate
that the designated officer will issue
a Section 38(1) Certificate at the
end of the week or early next week.
As soon as this Certificate has been
issued we will lodge the transfers
in the first phase.
On
behalf of the Trustees I would like
to take this opportunity of thanking
you for having faith in Garlington,
for sticking with us and for those
of you whose documents and funds are
in place, thank you for co-operating.
We appreciate it.
The
Homeowners Association will come into
being once the first transfers are
registered. In the initial year, the
board of the Homeowners Association
will be made up of the Trustees of
the Garlington Development Trust and
after the first year we will then
elect representatives from the homeowners
body.
The
Building Code will be sent to you
as soon as possible after the transfers
are registered and we look forward
to receiving your designs in the near
future.
The
Developers will commence with the
planting of trees in April and it
is our intention to have a picnic
or similar event towards the end of
May when the weather is more stable
and the majority of the trees have
been planted. At this function, we
will have pre-party ceremony where
all property owners who wish to will
be entitled to plant a tree at Garlington.
