On Friday, 1 July 2005 the matter of the Appeal by the National Department of Agriculture was heard before the High Court. The Court issued an order by consent in terms of which the matter has been referred back to the Development Tribunal Board, for the National Department of Agriculture to put their case. It is our understanding that the matter will be heard on Wednesday, 10th August 2005 and we await written confirmation of such date from the Tribunal.

As soon as we are notified of the outcome of the hearing, we will let you know.
