Dear Purchasers

On Wednesday, 10 August 2005 the Development Tribunal will hear the National Department of Agriculture's arguments. The Tribunal's decision should be known shortly thereafter. As soon as we have been notified of the outcome we will let you know and advise you of any implications arising therefrom.

Please note that due to the delays caused by the High Court case and the Department of Agriculture's appeal, we now anticipate registration taking place in late February or April 2006. We understand that this may cause some problems as regards the obtaining of bonds over the properties and advise that we will accept "in principal" bond approvals.

As soon as the outcome of the hearing is known, we will advise you accordingly.
