The Karoo Townhouses
The Karoo Townhouses are a modern expression of the famous “brakdak” or flat roof houses found in the Karoo. They are complimentary to the architectural style found at Garlington.
All the Karoo Townhouses are 2 bedrooms with single garages with direct access to the units. In addition further garages or storage garages are available in close proximity to the townhouses.
The four options, all designed by Sally Adams, are the Jasmine, Clivia, Watsonia and Sage units.
Construction on the townhouses has commenced on the first phase and the first unit will be ready for occupation by January 2018. There will be 7 units in the first phase with 21 units all together. All these units will form part of Garlington Village.
