The Promenade

One of the features of Garlington is the magnificent views from the upper plateau. To ensure that all residents can enjoy this amenity, the developers have laid out a large promenade which surrounds the village and other houses situated on the plateau.

This open space allows everyone at Garlington to access the beautiful views of the Otto’s Bluff and Albert Falls area and the surrounding farmlands.

The Promenade is in the process of being landscaped and over time will become one of the major features of this magnificent development.
